Co-Founder and CEO of Gold Crown Foundation
I have known Molly since her return to Denver a decade ago. It was apparent to me, even before she won a game, that she was the winning ticket for Regis women’s basketball.
My first impression was spot on. She led the Rangers to two RMAC championships. Coach Molly is a stellar leader, an inspiring mentor, and an asset to the Denver community.
She is a huge supporter of Gold Crown Foundation and its programs for kids.
Former Regis 1st Team All-RMAC WBB Player and Current Graduate Assistant at NCAA D1 University of Nevada-Reno
Coach Molly has been one of the most influential people in shaping who I am both on and off the court. Her belief in me never wavered, even when I doubted myself, and that constant support pushed me to grow as a player and as a person. She taught me the value of discipline, resilience, and leading with heart, all of which I carry with me in every part of life. There are unforgettable memories I’ll always cherish—especially our back-to-back conference and tournament championships, which were a true reflection of her leadership and the bond she helped build within our team. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she poured into me—her impact will stay with me forever.
Former Regis University WBB Player, Former Regis All-RMAC WBB Player and Current Professional Player
Coach Marrin is the whole reason I chose Regis once I decided to transfer. I knew she would care for me as a human being and help me grow both on and off the court. She did and continues to do exactly that for me. During my time at Regis I became more confident in myself and I was able to help our program win two regular season and tournament championships as well as make it to the NCAA tournament twice. All of which is due to Coach continuously pouring into me in every aspect. She also has helped me with my coaching journey as I want to coach college basketball as well. She nominated me for the So You Want To Be a Coach program in April 2024. I was accepted due to her nomination and was able to connect and learn from some of the greatest coaches in our country! Her knowledge and dedication to basketball is something I admire and respect greatly. I wish I had more years of eligibility to learn from her and play for her!!!
Former Regis All-RMAC and All South Central Region performer and current Director of Basketball Operations at NCAA D1 California Baptist University
Coach Molly impacted my life in so many ways. She helped me regain confidence in my basketball abilities, taught me to be a leader and helped lead my team to championship. Beyond the court, she was a listening ear and helped me to find a passion in coaching. Her mentorship and leadership showed me what it’s like to have a coach that truly cares and wants what’s best for you. Being in the profession now, I know Molly goes above and beyond and I hope to make an impact as great as hers one day.
Former Regis player, RMAC Freshman of the Year, RMAC Player of the Year, All-American
Playing under Coach Molly for five years and winning two championships was an incredible experience. She not only challenged me to become a better basketball player but also inspired me to grow into a better person. Her mentorship and genuine care have left a lasting impact, shaping who I am today both on and off the court.
